Stunning Partners has been created in 2000 by Frédéric J. Bobo, the Managing Partner of our firm.
Fostering 30 years of cross-border, international and emerging markets experience, he is a seasoned investment banking professional, corporate finance specialist, and investor/entrepreneur with a proven track record in guiding public and private companies through commercially focused finance and business strategies.
Over the years Stunning Partners has grown as an independent, advisory led, well connected and modern “merchant” advisory boutique, providing clear financial and strategic advice, on both a transactional and ongoing basis, to public and private companies, private equity and activist investors, as well as high net worth entreprenors.
In a truly international business world, a thorough understanding of clients’ requirements, the jurisdictions and the enlarged contexts in which they operate, is paramount. A physical presence in different global regions is thus necessary to not only enhance communication and promote an understanding of local legal, political and cultural issues; it also leads to more efficient deal execution and greater support for our clients.
